  8. Awale is an ancient African game, certainly one of the oldest reflection games of the
  9. humanity.

  11. Its rules are simple, but the strategies to implement to win are quite fearful.
  12.  
  13. This version of the Awale game works with Windows 95 or Windows 3.1x+Win32s.
  14. It needs about 1500 Kb of free memory space.
  15.  
  16. To install it, just launch 'install' and enter the directory name you want to install
  17. 'Awale' into.

  33. The WinG Microsoft Runtime has been installed on your system if necessary.

  35. If you encounter some problems when you start Awale, try to hold down the Ctrl key while 
  36. starting the game : it disables sound FX and music, and can avoid crashes on some computers.

  38. Copy and non-commercial distribution of this software are allowed, only on condition that
  39. no file of this package is modified or omitted.
  40. The shareware version of Awale grants you the access to all the features necessary to play.
  41. However, you can't access : the highest levels of computer game, and the 2-4 and Dakar 
  42. variations of the Awale game.
